Privacy policy
What we collect
When you submit a form, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, property address, and details about your plans — plus basic technical data like the page you came from and campaign tags (UTM parameters). We store a one-way hash of your IP address for spam and abuse prevention, not your IP address itself.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, prepare a valuation or plan, and provide real estate services you ask for. We collect only what's reasonably needed for that purpose, consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Consent
Submitting a form requires your consent to be contacted about that specific request. Marketing emails (such as market updates) are a separate, optional choice that is unchecked by default. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Commercial electronic messages (CASL)
We send marketing email only with your express consent. Every marketing message identifies the sender and includes a working unsubscribe option, honoured within 10 business days.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. It may be shared with our brokerage, eXp Realty, and with service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting or a customer relationship management system), who are required to protect it. Some providers may store data outside Canada.
Retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and real estate regulations, and protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.
Analytics
This site keeps a simple, first-party log of anonymous events — page visits, button clicks, form submissions and completed bookings — tied to a random session ID, not to your name or email. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Booking calendars are provided by Calendly, which handles the information you enter there under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by contacting us. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
